This Privacy Policy applies to the ApporaX website (apporax.com) and all mobile applications published by ApporaX on Google Play and the Apple App Store. ApporaX is an independent mobile studio operating as a sole proprietorship in India. By using our website or apps, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Who We Are

ApporaX is an independent mobile app and game studio. We create and publish our own apps and games — we do not develop apps for third parties. Our published apps are available on Google Play. We are based in India and can be contacted at support@apporax.com.

2. What Information We Collect

2.1 On Our Website

When you visit apporax.com, standard web server logs may collect:

  • IP address and approximate location (country/region level)
  • Browser type, device type, and operating system
  • Pages visited and duration of visit
  • Referring URL or search query

If you use our contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message content you provide, solely to respond to your inquiry.

2.2 In Our Mobile Apps

The specific data collected varies by app and is disclosed in each individual app's privacy policy linked from its Play Store listing. Generally, our apps may collect:

  • Device identifiers (such as Android Advertising ID, where applicable)
  • App usage events and analytics data (via Firebase)
  • Crash reports and diagnostic data (via Firebase Crashlytics)
  • In-app purchase transactions (processed by Google Play — we do not handle payment data directly)
  • Game progress and preferences (stored locally on device or in Firebase under your account, if sign-in is offered)

Our apps are designed with a minimal data philosophy. We do not collect names, phone numbers, or personally identifiable information unless you explicitly provide it (e.g., via a contact or feedback form within an app).

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to messages and support requests you send us
  • To monitor app performance and fix crashes
  • To understand how our apps are used so we can improve them
  • To serve advertisements in free apps (via Google AdMob), using the Advertising ID
  • To comply with legal obligations under Indian law

We do not use your data for marketing, profiling, or sell it to any third party. Ever.

4. Third-Party Services We Use

Our apps and website integrate the following third-party services, each of which has its own privacy policy:

4.1 Google Play Services

Required for core Android functionality. Managed by Google LLC. Privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy

4.2 Google AdMob

Used in some of our free apps to display ads. AdMob may use the Android Advertising ID to serve personalized or non-personalized ads. You can opt out of personalized ads in your Android device settings under Google > Ads. AdMob policy: support.google.com/admob

4.3 Firebase (Google LLC)

Used for crash reporting (Crashlytics), analytics, and in some apps, authentication and cloud storage. Firebase privacy: firebase.google.com/support/privacy

4.4 Unity Analytics (Game Apps Only)

Some games built with Unity use Unity's analytics services. Unity policy: unity.com/legal/privacy-policy

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data. We share data only in these circumstances:

  • With third-party service providers listed above (Firebase, AdMob, etc.) strictly to operate our services
  • When required by Indian law, court order, or government authority
  • To protect the safety or rights of ApporaX or our users

6. Data Storage & Security

Contact form data and inquiry emails are stored on our email provider's servers and retained only as long as needed to resolve your inquiry, typically no longer than 12 months. App analytics data is retained per Firebase's standard retention periods (configurable at 2 or 14 months).

We use HTTPS on this website and Firebase's built-in security for app data. While we take reasonable precautions, no online system is 100% secure.

7. Children's Privacy

Some of our games may be designed for general audiences including children. Where an app is rated for children (Everyone / Everyone 10+ on Google Play), we ensure it complies with Google Play's Families Policy:

  • We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13
  • Ads in child-directed apps use non-personalized, family-safe ad networks only
  • No behavioural advertising is served in child-directed apps

If you believe a child has submitted personal information through our apps or contact form, email us at support@apporax.com and we will delete it promptly.

8. Cookies

Our website may use minimal cookies for basic functionality and analytics. Our apps do not use browser cookies but may use device identifiers as described in Section 2.2. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access — request a copy of data we hold about you
  • Deletion — request deletion of your personal data
  • Correction — request correction of inaccurate data
  • Opt out of personalized ads — via Android device settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization

To exercise any right, email support@apporax.com. We will respond within 30 days.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our apps or practices change. Material updates will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of our apps or website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
