Privacy Policy

ApporaX ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of every user ("you") who uses our mobile applications and games. This Privacy Policy explains what information we may collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and your choices and rights regarding your data.

By downloading, installing, or using any ApporaX application or game available on the Google Play Store, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

Depending on the specific app you use and the permissions you grant, we may collect the following categories of information:

Device Information: Device model, manufacturer, Android OS version, screen resolution, unique device identifiers (Android ID), and mobile network information.

Usage & Analytics Data: App session duration, screens viewed, features interacted with, in-app events, game progress, scores, levels completed, and crash/error reports.

Advertising Data: Ad impressions, clicks, and interaction data collected through third-party advertising networks (such as Google AdMob) for the purpose of serving relevant advertisements.

Permissions-Based Data: Only collected when you explicitly grant the relevant Android permission. Examples include:

• Storage access — to save game data or app content locally.
• Internet access — required for ad delivery and cloud sync features.
• Network state — to check connectivity before loading content.

We only request permissions strictly necessary for app functionality.

Data We Do NOT Collect: We do not collect your name, phone number, email address, physical address, payment card details, or government ID numbers through our apps unless you explicitly provide them (e.g., via a contact form).

We use the information we collect solely for the following purposes:

• To operate, maintain, and improve our apps and games.
• To serve advertisements via third-party ad networks and generate revenue that funds free app development.
• To analyze aggregate usage trends and improve user experience.
• To diagnose bugs, crashes, and technical issues.
• To enforce our Terms & Conditions and prevent abuse.
• To comply with applicable Indian and international laws.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you.

Our apps integrate third-party SDKs and services that may independently collect data. These include:

• Google AdMob — Advertising network. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
• Google Firebase Analytics — App usage analytics. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
• Google Play Services — Core platform services. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
• Google Play Games Services (where applicable) — Leaderboards and achievements.

We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these third-party services at policies.google.com/privacy. ApporaX is not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties.

We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to outside parties for their own marketing purposes.

We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

• Service Providers: Trusted third-party SDKs (listed above) that help us operate our apps, bound by their own data processing agreements.
• Legal Compliance: If required by law, court order, or government authority in India or applicable jurisdictions.
• Safety: To protect the rights, property, or safety of ApporaX, our users, or others.
• Business Transfer: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred. We will notify you via our app listings on the Play Store.

Some of our apps and games may be categorized as suitable for general audiences or families. We take children's privacy seriously and comply with:

• Google Play Families Policy
• Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) — where applicable to users in the United States.
• Applicable Indian laws regarding minors' data.

For apps in the Family category on Google Play, we only use ad networks certified by Google for use in family apps. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately at support@apporax.in and we will delete it promptly.

We retain analytics and usage data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or as required by applicable law. Typically, aggregated analytics data is retained for up to 24 months.

You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Data Deletion section below). Upon a valid deletion request, we will remove your data within 30 days.

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, and regular security reviews.

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data and encourage you to take precautions such as keeping your device OS updated.

Subject to applicable law, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your data (see below).
• Opt-out of personalized ads: You can opt out of personalized advertising via your Android device's Ad Settings (Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization).

To request deletion of your data, send an email to support@apporax.in with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:

• The name of the app(s) you used.
• Your device type and approximate region.
• Any user ID or email associated with the app (if applicable).

We will acknowledge your request within 7 business days and complete deletion within 30 days. Note: data held by third-party SDKs must be managed directly with those providers.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and may post a notice in the relevant app on the Play Store.

Your continued use of our apps after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
