Terms & Conditions

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any mobile application or game developed and published by ApporaX (UDYAM-UP-47-0053694) on the Google Play Store, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not download, install, or use any of our apps or games. Your continued use after any updates to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, ApporaX grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use our applications and games solely on Android devices that you own or control, and solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

This license does not include any right to sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or otherwise commercially exploit any of our apps or their content.

You agree that you will NOT:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of any part of our apps.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on our apps without written permission.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices (including copyright notices) on the apps.
• Use our apps for any unlawful purpose, or in violation of any local, national, or international laws and regulations.
• Distribute, reproduce, broadcast, or commercially exploit the apps or any part thereof.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or negatively affect the operation of our apps, servers, or networks.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our backend systems, infrastructure, or other users' data.
• Use bots, scripts, cheats, exploits, or any automated means to manipulate game outcomes or in-app metrics.
• Upload, transmit, or share any content through our apps that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes on the rights of others.

Advertisements: Our apps may display advertisements served by third-party advertising networks (including Google AdMob). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or legality of third-party ads. Clicking on third-party advertisements is at your own risk.

In-App Purchases: Some of our apps may offer optional in-app purchases (e.g., removing ads, unlocking premium features, in-game currency or items). All in-app purchases are:

• Processed through Google Play's billing system.
• Final and non-refundable, unless required by applicable law or Google Play's refund policy.
• Subject to Google Play's Terms of Service in addition to these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or remove in-app purchase items at any time without liability.

All content within our apps and games — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, source code, and software — is the exclusive property of ApporaX or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

The ApporaX name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of ApporaX. You may not use such marks without the prior written permission of ApporaX.

Some of our apps may allow users to submit feedback, ratings, or content. By submitting content, you grant ApporaX a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with our apps.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to any content you submit, and that such content does not violate these Terms or any applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ApporaX expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• Any warranty that the apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.
• Any warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content within the apps.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, ApporaX, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our apps.
• Damages resulting from any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or any data stored therein.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, our total liability to you shall not exceed INR 500 (five hundred rupees) in aggregate.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ApporaX and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of our apps.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our apps at any time, with or without notice, and without liability, for conduct that we reasonably believe:

• Violates these Terms or our Privacy Policy.
• Is harmful to other users, ApporaX, third parties, or the integrity of our apps.
• Is in violation of applicable law.

Upon termination, your license to use the apps immediately ceases. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our apps shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kushinagar, Uttar Pradesh, India.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the effective date. We may also notify you through our app listings on the Play Store when material changes are made.

Your continued use of our apps after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the app.
